Join me at the Active Lives, Healthy Minds Health Fair on Saturday, April 9 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Melrose Elementary School (Field) located at 974 S. Melrose St., Placentia, CA 92870. In addition to the family health fair, we’ll also offer a grocery giveaway, fun physical activities, educational resources, and COVID-19 testing and vaccinations.
